Now I'm going to fuck a 12-hour shift, I couldn't fall asleep, once again I failed in bed for 5 hours
It's fucking hell, how I hate myself and my life

I also have trouble sleeping before work, but we can switch shifts, though then we have to work two days straight. And now I can’t fall asleep, even though I don’t have a shift. Have you tried taking some pills?

Go to the hospital. Say you have insomnia. What kind of work. Or just pretend you’re sick—it’s cold now, that should do it. Say you’re dizzy. They won’t check that anyway

I’m also thinking about whether to go to work a 12‑hour shift or find something less stressful, even if it means a low‑paying job

Just like I always worked at night on the construction site during this time of year when I was young, and now I never fall asleep in the autumn anymore.
It’s like a slave mark, you know. You go out at night for a walk, and the bridge is being built by the same builders who used to be there — they’re welding and rumbling away, giving me insomnia for the rest of my life

Go to a neurologist, he’ll prescribe some pills. Or change your work schedule if you have the opportunity, no? Then change jobs
My former colleagues often leave because of the difficult schedule
